We love our products and we think you will too. However, we are happy to exchange your purchase for another item or refund the credit card used for purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- We must receive your return or exchange within seven (7) days after you receive it.
- You must send your item by prepaid, insured, traceable mail for your protection. UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers offer this service. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Returns or exchanges must be unused with all tags attached. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing invoice. If you are exchanging an item, please include a note with your address and phone number along with your order information.
Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges.
