Cooking with Summer Herbs & Veggies

Bring your friends and join us for this fun new cooking class at F&H!  Enjoy some complimentary wine while you learn about preparing creative tasty dishes with your end of summer garden bounty.  The Spiced Peach Chef, Peggy Gilbey, will be giving a cooking demo in our yard, using fresh seasonal herbs and vegetables.  We’ll hand out samples and recipes for delicious dishes such as:

  • Zucchini cheese bites
  • Garden tomato tart with fresh herbs & mixed cheeses
  • Kale & mushroom bread pudding
  • Zucchini brownies

Cost is $20 per person.  Please enter the number of participants in your party in the “seats” pull down box.
